The Loretto City Council meets on the second Tuesday of each month unless an alternate schedule has been adopted by the City Council. See the current year's adopted meeting schedule linked below.

Council agendas and packets are available on this website on the Friday before each meeting.  Council minutes are posted on this website after they have been approved by the council.

OPEN FORUM

If you have an issue you would like to bring before the city council, there is a way to do this. At each council meeting, there is a section called "Open Forum". Please fill out the form below and either email it to City Clerk Mary Schneider or hand it in before the meeting starts. The form below gives more detailed information about the process.

VIEWING COUNCIL MEETINGS

Loretto City Council Meetings are video taped and available for viewing on the LMCC website. You may also watch the meetings on cable Channel 8 (check your local listings.) The LMCC provides this service as part of a Joint Powers Agreement with local member cities, including Loretto.

The LMCC website typically archives one year of meetings for each city.
