The City of Loretto contracts with the West Suburban Fire District for fire protection services. In 2023, the Loretto Fire Department and the Hamel Fire Department merged to become the West Suburban Fire District. The West Suburban Fire District has offices in the Loretto Office Park, located at 279 Medina Street North in Loretto, Suite 150, accessible from the front of the Loretto Office Park building, using the door closest to Crestview Lane.
